Coming to Central Ohio

A club built for
every season of sport.

Onyx Athletics is a large-format, multi-sport athletic complex planned for the Dublin · Powell · Delaware · Marysville corridor — fitness floor, indoor basketball, an indoor pool, pickleball, a standalone CrossFit box, an outdoor pool and patio, a café, and a walking trail, under one membership.

01 — The Concept

One membership. Every way to move.

Most clubs make you choose between lifting, swimming, courts, or classes. Onyx is built as one facility spanning all of it — designed so a household with different sports on different days never needs a second membership somewhere else. Renderings below reflect the current design direction.

Two-story main fitness floor with free weights, machines, and a running/cardio mezzanine
01

Fitness & Strength Floor

An open-plan, two-story cardio and strength floor sized for peak-hour households, not a single lunch rush — full-height glass keeps it bright through every Ohio season.

Café

A real place to eat and meet before or after training, with retail up front — not a vending machine bolted to the lobby wall.

02 — Membership

Priced by what you actually use.

Entry tiers scale with how much of the facility you want. Full access scales with your household — priced below Life Time Dublin's starting rate, with a heavily discounted rate for a second adult. CrossFit is the exception: its own building, its own culture, and its own standalone membership below.

Individual rates. Planning-stage pricing, shown for illustration — subject to change before opening. Café access is included at every tier; walking trail is open to the surrounding community.

All-Access, By Household

Everything in the club, priced for who's using it.

Individual
$165/mo

Full facility access, one adult — fitness floor, indoor & outdoor pools, basketball, pickleball, and café. Below Life Time Dublin's published starting rate.

Family
$335/mo

Adults plus kids. Members under 16 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian on-site — no unaccompanied kids under 16.

Platinum Upgrade

All-Access, plus a little more every month.

Everything in All-Access, plus one item from the Onyx shop and a $100 café allowance, every month.

$249/mo, individual

Platinum shown at the suggested individual rate — a starting point to price-test, not final. Duo and family Platinum pricing would layer the same household discount shown above.

Not a Member Yet
$50/day

All-access day pass for guests and prospective members — try the full facility before you join.

Member Guests
4 free/mo, then $35/day

Every membership includes four guest passes a month. Additional guest days are $35 — well below the non-member rate.

CrossFit, On Its Own

The CrossFit building sits apart from the main club — its own structure, its own equipment, its own coached-class culture. It doesn't need to be bundled with the rest of the facility, so it isn't: CrossFit membership includes the CrossFit building, plus the Fitness & Strength Floor and Café, for people who want that training style without paying for pool and court access they won't use.

$149/mo · CrossFit + Gym + Café

Suggested planning-stage rate, positioned against typical standalone CrossFit-box pricing in the market. All-Access members already have CrossFit included; standalone CrossFit members can upgrade to All-Access at any time for the difference.

03 — Member App

Know before you go.

Every membership includes the Onyx app — built around the questions members actually have before they leave the house, and the account that follows them once they're here.

01

Live Occupancy

See how busy the floor, courts, and pool are right now, and how they typically trend by hour — so you know before you drive over.

02

Court Booking

Reserve basketball and pickleball court time directly from your phone, no front-desk call required.

03

Camps & Events

Every upcoming camp, clinic, and league is posted here first — members see it before it's public.

04

Your Member Number

Every member gets a member number, usable at the café and shop and billed straight to your monthly membership — no card to carry.

Family accounts can also load a balance onto a member number instead of billing it monthly — a simple way for kids to charge food or gear at the café and shop against a prepaid balance, without carrying cash or a card of their own.

04 — Location

Centered on the corridor, not one city.

Onyx is being planned for the area between Dublin, Powell, Delaware, and Marysville — one of the fastest-growing, highest-income corridors in Central Ohio. Site selection is underway with both Union and Delaware County; no address is final.

Schematic, not a map — positions are illustrative of the corridor relationship between the four communities, not real distances or a real site.

05 — From the Founder

"Every family in this corridor already drives to three or four different places for the gym, the pool, the courts, and the kids' league. I want to build the one place that replaces all of it."

Onyx Athletics started from a simple observation about how this part of Ohio actually lives and trains — and it's being built the right way: real site diligence, a real capital plan, and a real membership base before a single wall goes up.
